Building owners are required to maintain all fire protection equipment at their properties and ensure they are inspected by a third party. Inspection frequencies vary based on the type of equipment. Insurance companies and other local requirements may also apply.

Fire Extinguisher Service
We provide on-site inspections, or if you prefer you can bring your extinguishers to us!
Most fire extinguishers require yearly inspections and maintenance every 5 or 6 years. We can perform maintenance while you wait, or we can exchange your extinguishers for units that have already been serviced.

Alarm System Monitoring
We provide UL certified central station monitoring service for fire alarm and security systems.
Any equipment you need is yours to own- no leasing of equipment or pricey maintenance contracts that cost more in the long run.
We also don’t believe in lengthy contracts that hold customers hostage- you are free to cancel any time.
